How do you get rid of acne on your back?

I don't do steroid, and I use anti-acne products. Any tips?

Diet! Stop all refined sugars, milk products and junk foods (fats). Get some sun or a tanning session once a week. Wash with a loofah, take baths.

You know by just mixing water and salt adn rubbing it on your back to first dry them out.

Then take a shower and leave them alone.

Also when ever you know you were sweating rube the salt on your back and take a shower, that is what I did and they went away.

oh I HATE Backne that's really what its called!! i just use the stuff for my face on it, EX. Clean & Clear goes on any acne

some medicines do not work, i was on 4 oral antibiotics and 3 facial cremes and non of them worked.

get accutaine.

not a fun 5 monthes, but totally worthit.
