Which acne medication has been proved to be the most successful?

I'm using la roche posay's intensive spot treatment and la roche posay's clarifying acne treatment.

I've been using these products for a couple of weeks

and my acne is staying the same if not worse.

Q: Do you recommend other acne products? or should I continue with this one?

certainly not proactive. I have mild cystic acne (5 dots in shoulder area), and erymyocin did not work for me, so i expect accutane next, which will be expensive for me (500 to 1000 dollars) without insurance. I hear from alot that its a miracle drug

It depends on the diagnosis of the type of acne you've got. So, a best acne medicine is not best for all. Just spend a few dollars to pay your doctor who may better justify what may be better than the best for you.
